Project Notifications

Project notifications allow team members to send email announcements to other team members, management or the project team to inform them of updates. The email may contain customized content, supporting documentation as well as provide the recipient with a hyperlink to the system.

Project notifications can be created and sent from the following areas:

• Project Form
• Project Report Work Paper
• Project Findings

Note: The Internal Project Portal also has an automated notification feature that may be selected on each form. See the specific sections listed above for information on how to use the automated notification feature.
