Manage Projects

Throughout the course of a project and/or an engagement, a member of the project management team will provide overall support and management of the project process. This may include:

• Monitoring project status and budgets
• Adjusting project resources as necessary
• Notifying the project committee and other appropriate parties when information is ready for review
• Add, delete or edit project activities
