Manage Roles

Roles are used to define individuals' permissions as well as to define workflow responsibilities. Thus, assigning a user to a role not only defines the individual's view, edit, add, and delete permissions to a certain sub-set of information, but also facilitates the routing of task and surveys to individuals in the system.

Note: The Admin role and the All users role cannot be deleted.
