Workflow Projects

One or more workflow templates can be assigned to a single project. As noted in the Workflow Templates section, a single template can only include one object type. However, a project may include several different action items around different objects in the Governance Portal, each determined by a workflow template. The Administrator or the creator of a specific project can designate projects as active or inactive. Marking a project as “inactive” removes all related tasks from assigned individuals’ Action Items Dashboard even if the assigned tasks are incomplete.
