Monitoring

The Monitoring tab allows users to manage and monitor various functions within the Governance Portal and consists of the following options:

• Reset Analysis - Provides a user in the reset analysis role with the ability to reset analysis and evaluation fields (e.g. documentation and risk-control analysis) providing a mechanism to manage evaluations in future periods. You may also reset the RCM fields, that may have been changed via configuration, back to the original default names or to save the configured fields so that a global reset analysis can be completed
• Archiving - Allows a user in the reset analysis role to archive the database

• Workflow - Allows project teams to establish workflow through tasks. See Workflow Templates for additional information.
• Checklists - Allows project teams to associate simple questionnaires to processes with the typical purpose of identifying where potential changes to the control environment are taking place on a periodic basis.

Note: The Reset Analysis and Archiving options are only available to users in the Reset Analysis role.
