Purge Database

The Purge Database feature enables users in the Administrator role to permanently purge information from the Governance Portal database. This helps manage the overall size of the database and improves system performance. The purge feature contains the following functionality:

• Remove deleted records and items
• Remove archived evaluations and checklists for given periods
• Remove testing detail from the RCM for past periods based on certain parameters
• Remove action plan history based on certain parameters
• Remove tasks based on certain parameters
