Manage Pages

Protiviti's Governance Portal comes pre-populated with a core set of pages (Home, My Portal, Financial, Risk, PCS, Organization, Policies and Procedures, Information Technology, Projects and Events, Reports, Search, Library, Assessment Management, Indicators, Internal Project, Loss Event System, Documents, Monitoring, Workspace, and Admin). The availability of these pages is based on the applications that have been licensed and by a user's role. These pages cannot be deleted or edited to ensure the Governance Portal operates properly. However, the Administrator can add additional pages and sub pages as needed. Then, through the use of forms and page permissions, the administrator determines what content or information will be captured or shared through this page. This feature allows the Governance Portal to be utilized for any number of use cases.
