Link Roles Directly to a Page

Note: In order to link roles to a page or sub page, the page or sub page must have the "Do Not Inherit" selection made in the Inherited From field.

1. Access the Page List.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Administration tab.
   3. Select Pages from the Layout group.

      

   4. Click the page or sub page name from the list.
   5. Click Expand to view the tree to locate a sub page if necessary.

      

2. Scroll to the bottom of the form to view the Role section.
3. Click Expand to view the Roles linked to the page.
4. Click Link.
5. Select the check box next to the role to be added.

   Note: To unlink a role, remove the check mark next to the given role.

6. Click Save.
