Manage Page Permissions

A given form in the Governance Portal may be comprised of multiple forms. For example, the Risk Control Matrix form is comprised of an RCM form, then multiple sub-lists (e.g. Objective List, Specific Risk List, Control List, Test List). Roles govern which "forms" a user can view, edit, add, and delete. Because the forms that comprise various use cases can become very granular, management of permissions to these forms can become overly complex. Therefore, pages and forms are grouped into Page Permissions that provide end-users and administrators with a mechanism to simplify the assignment of roles to these specific areas of the Governance Portal. Roles can be assigned, viewed, edited, added and deleted from the page permissions.

Note: Administrators can assign roles to page permissions that will allow users to view different versions of the Evaluation forms in the Risk and Control forms. For more information, see Role Based Views: Display Risk Evaluation Information by Role
