Batched Dispatch Notification Templates

Batch dispatch templates enable consolidated notification emails to be sent out for multiple events mapped to a single template. Email templates can combine time-based and event-based notifications into a single template or separated into multiple templates. You can also customize the email body text for each event within a template. Event notifications are batched together per template, consolidated into a single email and sent out in mass according to a set interval.

Notes:

Batched notification templates are used for time-based and event-based notifications only. Immediate dispatch templates are used for ad-hoc and user/system notifications. See Notification Management for more information on notification types.
The notification interval is set in the site settings page of the Governance Portal. For more information, see the Governance Portal Application Configuration Settings section in the administrative online help.
