System/User Notifications

System/User notifications are sent out when a specific change is made to a user account within the system. By default, these emails are sent to an intended user. However, you can also include other recipients by adding their role in the template. There are three types of user based notifications:

• User Add: When a new user is created in the Governance Portal, this notification triggers an email that is sent to the address of the new user.
• Send Password: When a user clicks the Send Password link on the login page, this notification is triggered and an email is sent to the user's email address with their login information.
• Account Locked: When a user has locked their account as a result of entering an incorrect password, this notification triggers an email that is sent to the user.

The notification information has been pre-populated from the notification template for the selected object. However, you still have the option of customizing the information, including recipients, sender email, subject, body text, and footer.
