Immediate Dispatch Notification Templates

Immediate dispatch templates enable notification emails to be sent from a single template for ad-hoc and user/system notifications. All immediate dispatch templates have been pre-created, and you have the option to edit the header, footer, recipient and email body text within the template. Each notification email will be sent individually when the event is triggered.

Note: Immediate dispatch notification templates are used for ad-hoc and user/system notifications only. Batched templates are used for time-based and event-based notifications. See Notification Management for more information on notification types.
