Manage Incidents

Incidents are situations that occur to the entity that may have significant effect on an organization or entity. The incident form provides basic information about the nature of the incident, including the date, loss amount, etc. An incident can be created within a Risk Control Matrix or Risk Event Category for any entity (process, organization unit, IT application, or project/event).

Note: Administrators can configure notifications to be sent based on a field event (i.e. creating, updating, closing, deleting) in an incident. See Notification Management for details.
