View the Incident List

Incidents are associated with Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) and risk event categories (RECs). Within each RCM or REC is an incident tab which contains a list of incidents. Within each individual incident is a list of impacts related to the incident.

Note: If you link an incident to a risk event category, that incident will also appear in the Incident List for the RCM related to that REC.

1. View the Incident list from an RCM
   1. Access your RCM for your entity (Org, proc, etc).

      Note: See Create a Risk Control Matrix for details.

   2. Click the link in the Risk Matrix Status field.
   3. Click the Incidents tab.

2. View the Incident list from a Risk Event Category

   Note: The Risk Event Category must be connected to an entity (organization, process, IT application, project/event, or custom entity) in order to track incidents.

   1. Access the Risk Event Category from the associated entity.

      Note: See the section View the Risk Event Analysis for details on accessing Risk Event Categories.

   2. Click the Incidents tab.

   Note: By default, the form includes standard fields. However, the administrator can configure the form by adding additional fields to meet organization and industry needs. See Configure your Incident Information for additional information.

   

3. (Optional) Click Edit Search to modify your selection and focus your results using the search functionality.
