Remove Action Plans

Action plans that have been resolved can be removed over time to increase database performance, and to also remove clutter from Documentation and / or Risk Control Matrices over time. Action plans can be deleted based on 1) last modified date, 2) action plan status, and / or 3) review status.

  1. Access the Database area.
  2. Enter a date next to the Remove all action plans whose last modified date is less than label.
  3. Select a value from the AND where action plan status is drop-down list.
  4. Select a value from the AND where review status is label, select a value from the drop-down list.

    Note: Action plans matching all selected criteria will be deleted.

  5. Click Submit.
  6. Click OK to physically delete the action plans.
