Remove Control Testing History

This allows you to remove testing history that is no longer necessary to maintain in the production database (Note: The testing detail would still be available by restoring backups of the database from prior periods). This feature allows you to delete testing detail where the period end date is less than given date parameters.

1. Access the Database area.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Administration tab.
   3. Select Database from the Maintenance group.

      

2. Select a date in the field next to the Remove all testing detail whose testing period end date is less than label.
3. Click Submit to remove all testing detail that contains a period end date prior to the date entered.

   

4. Click OK to physically delete the testing detail records.
