Delete a Process Classification

1. Access the PCS List.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the GRC Register tab.
   3. Select PCS List from the Frameworks group.

      

2. Click the name of the PCS to be deleted.
3. Click the name of the process classification to be deleted.

   Note: The process classification attributes screen will appear.

4. Click Edit.
5. Click Delete.
6. Click OK on the warning box to delete the process or Cancel to keep the process.

   Notes: The process and related sub process classifications will be deleted. Related processes contained within organizational units (including related documentation and risk-control analysis) will also be deleted. Deleted processes will be removed from scope of any scheduled internal audits.
