Allocate Plan Hours to Activities

Once the project has been scheduled and team members have been assigned, the project manager can allocate plan hours to projects for each team member. The recommended method to assign team member hours to a project is through the Project Scheduler. For more information, see Assign Team Members and Plan Hours in the Project Scheduler.
