Project Hierarchy

The Project Hierarchy is a tree interface that allows you to manage your projects from a single holistic view. Moving forward from v4.3, the concept of project lists including Current, Pending and Complete has been made legacy. You will now see the pending, current, and completed projects in a tree structure, when you click the relevant ribbon icon. See Manage Projects for more information. From the Project Hierarchy view, you can access all your projects, navigate, and perform all relevant operations for projects . All project operations can now be accessed via the Project Hierarchy. Please note that new clients will see Project Hierarchy as the portal terminology. Rest all clients will see Audit Hierarchy.

Note: Please note that you will not be able to access the Project Hierarchy and changes associated to it out-of-the-box, if you are UPGRADING to v4.3 of the Governance Portal from an older version. In addition, the Current, Pending, and Complete icons on the ribbon will display the relevant projects in a list format instead of tree structure, if you are upgrading to v4.3. To be able to use the Project Hierarchy and the Current, Pending, and Complete project trees from the ribbon, follow this upgrade guide. Note that this upgrade guide is only for the clients upgrading to v4.3 of the Governance Portal from an older version. New clients will receive all features out-of-the-box.
