Responses Tab - Object Based Assessment

The Responses tab allows you to manage how assessment responses are tracked and controlled in the system.

1. Access Control: Mark the following checkboxes to enable the way users can access the assessment.
   • Via Invitation Email Only: Only users that received the invitation email can complete the assessment. When this option is set, respondents can only respond to the assessment from the link embedded in the invitation email.

     Note: The invitation list determines which users will receive the invitation email. See Manage Invitation Groups or more information.

2. Resumable assessment: Mark this checkbox to enable the responder to stop and restart their assessment at any time.
3. Default Response Values: Select either of the following radio buttons:
   1. Assessment Default Values: Select this option if you wish to have default values for an object, as set up while creating the assessment, when responding to the survey.
   2. Current Portal Values: Select this option if you would like to use the default field value as specified in the Governance Portal.

      Note: Please note that the Maximum number of anonymous assessments and Maximum number of assessments per respondent check boxes hold no relevance for object-based assessment. These checkboxes should be disabled for object-based assessments, but may be available for data input at certain instances. This is a known concern and you are requested to ignore these options for object-based assessments. These options will be shown disabled for object-based assessments from subsequent versions of the Assessment Management Engine.
