Edit Checklist Summary Information

Checklist summary information allows users to summarize the status and overall impact of their responses to individual questions. The summary would typically be used to identify where the aggregation of individual responses results in a likely impact on internal controls in a given area, and provides a mechanism to flag the project team or other stakeholders as to areas requiring attention.

  1. Access the Risk Control Matrix - Checklist.
  2. Click Edit in the Risk Control Matrix - Checklist section.

  3. Select values for the Checklist Status, Period Ending and Checklist Summary from the drop-down lists.
  4. Add any summary comments as appropriate.

    Note: Summarization activities are likely to be performed after responding to individual questions.

  5. Click Save.
