Push Checklist Items to RCMs

After linking checklists to processes, organization units, IT applications, and/or projects/event, the project team will push questions to the associated Risk Control Matrices. Once questions have been pushed to Risk Control Matrices, end-users will provide responses to questions as well as a summary of potential change events.

  1. Access the Checklists page.
  2. Click the name of the checklist from which to push questions.
  3. Click Push Questions to Risk Matrices.

    Note: A push summary message will appear at the top of the screen indicating the status of the push and checklist items.

Note: All checklist items contained in the checklist will be pushed to Risk Control Matrices associated with processes, organization units, IT applications, and/or projects/events that are linked to this checklist.

Note: If questions have already been pushed to Risk Control Matrices, click the Push Questions to Risk Matrices link will perform the following actions:

  • Push new checklist items to Risk Control Matrices
  • Remove deleted checklist items from Risk Control Matrices
  • Have no impact on the checklist item or responses for existing questions
  • Reset the status of the Risk Control Matrix - Checklist form to the default state to indicate to a user that new or deleted checklist items have been added to or removed from the checklist.
