Add Roles to a Page Permission

  1. Access the Page Permission Search.
  2. Type in the Page Permission, then click Search or click Show All.

    Notes:

    • Typing in the page permission will limit results to only groups containing the text entered for the page permission name. Clicking will allow you to scroll through all page permissions contained in the Governance Portal.
    • All page permissions in the Governance Portal, no matter what form is licensed, are displayed.
  3. Click the name of the desired page permission.
  4. Click Link.

  5. To add a role, select the permissions check box (view, add, edit, and/or delete) to be granted for each role added to the page permission.
  6. Click Save.
