Edit Project Activity Attributes

  1. Locate the Project.
  2. Click the Status link for the select work paper in the Project Activity section.

    Note: The attributes section contains the same type of information for all work papers.

  3. Click Edit in the Activity section.

    Note: The project name, recent comment and library are links to forms and resources available to the team member.

  4. Update the activity name and description.
  5. Select the Status of the work paper from the drop-down list.
  6. Activity Owner: Click icon-Select User Select User or icon-Add User Group Select User Group to select the name of the user/group from the project client that is responsible for completing the project activity. Click Remove User Remove User to Remove an existing user/group from the Activity Owner field.
  7. Click Save.
