Select a Document Format for an Organizational Unit

Each Process or Organizational Unit can be assigned a Document Format. This allows for the appropriate information and documentation to be captured and tracked.

  1. Access the Organizational Model.
  2. Double-click the organization name.

  3. Click Create Documentation in the documentation status field.

    Note: The documentation screen will appear.

  4. Select a documentation status from the Status drop-down list.
  5. Select the format from the Format drop-down list.

    Note: The Document Formats are created in the Documents tab.

  6. Click Save.

Note: The Document Format will be linked to the organization and a list of documents will appear In the Document List.
