Move Projects within the Project Hierarchy

Move a single project to a folder

1. Access the Project Hierarchy.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Projects tab.
   3. Select All Projects from the Scheduling group.

      

2. Expand the folder that houses the project, if necessary.
3. Right-click the desired project.

   

4. Select Move Project.

   

5. Select the check box against the folder where you wish to move the project and click Move. Your project will be moved to the selected folder.

   Note: You can move a project to only one folder.

6. Access the Project Hierarchy.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Projects tab.
   3. Select All Projects from the Scheduling group.

      

   

7. Right-click the folder where you want to move projects and select Move Project.
8. Select the projects that you wish to move to that folder. You can select multiple projects.
9. Click Move.
