Role Based Trigger

You can trigger an event for a particular role assignment for users or user groups. Following are the circumstances when an event will be triggered for a role assignment:

1. User Assignment at Entity, Object, or Enterprise level, when:
   • a new user is assigned to a role.
   • an assignment is updated at the Object, Entity, or Enterprise level, for single and multi-membership roles.

     Note: No email notification will be triggered when a user is unassigned from a role at any level.

2. A single event will be triggered and the notification will be sent to all users linked with the notifying role, in case of a user group.
