Delete a Calculated field

Administrators have the option to permanently delete the calculated field from the Governance Portal.

Note: Once the calculated field has been deleted, it is permanently removed from the system and cannot be retrieved. Use the Enable/Disable function to temporarily disable the calculation.

  1. Access the Calculated Fields Administration form.
  2. Click Delete for the calculated field you wish to delete in the list.

    Note: The calculated field must be enabled in order to be deleted. See Enable/Disable Calculated Fields for additional information.

  3. Click OK to confirm the deletion.

Note: Previously calculated values in the fields will remain calculated. All new entries will not calculate.
