Link Controls to other objects

You can link a control to any risk, test, or objective in the RCM.

1. Access the RCM work paper.
   1. Access the project.
      1. Click the Project ribbon.
      2. Click Current.
      3. Click the project name.

         

   2. Click the RCM Work Paper in the activity list.
   3. Select an entity (organization, process, IT application, etc.) from the drop-down list.
2. Click the control name. The list of associated linked and unlinked objects is found at the bottom of the control form.
3. To link an object to a control, click Link next to the object you wish to link from the list of unlinked risks, tests, or objectives. The selected object will be moved to the list of linked objects in the form.
4. To unlink an object from a control, click Unlink next to the object you wish to remove from the list of linked risks, tests, or objectives. The selected object will be moved to the list of linked objects in the form.
