Managing Work Papers in the Project Workbench

The team member’s primary efforts and the majority of their times during an project is on managing work papers. Work Papers are the documentation created to capture information and the output related to an project (e.g. interview notes). For a given work paper, team member will complete an analysis, attach any necessary files, generate actions or findings and ultimately note that the work paper is complete.

Notes:

  • Administrators can configure fields in any work paper form to to update a field based on a specific value of another field or fields. See Configure a Calculated Field for details.
  • If you are using the Project Workbench offline, you will have access to assigned work papers for current projects. All information that you complete offline in the Project Workbench, including any attachments, must be synchronized back to the server when you connect to the network.
