Using the Project Workbench

The Project Workbench was specifically designed for team members and completing tasks related to project execution. Project activities such as creating work papers, completing checklists, capturing findings, conducting reviews and follow-up tasks may be viewed, created and updated in the Project Workbench. All risk assessments, project planning and scheduling, and administration and setup activities must be completed outside of the Project Workbench in the Project Portal.

During the course of a project, there may be times when users need to complete project work and tasks while not connected to the network. Users can use the Project Workbench to work "offline" to execute project work and then synchronize the information with the server when they can reconnect to the network.
