Set the Base Currency

You can establish the base currency for your Incident and Impact forms in the Base Currency section. This is the currency that foreign currencies will be converted into in the impact form.

1. Access the Currency list.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Administration tab.
   3. Select Currency from the Maintenance group.

      

   4. The Currency List is displayed.

      

   

2. Select the base currency from the New Base Currency drop-down list in the Base Currency section.
3. Click Save.

Note: After changing the base currency, you must update all existing currency conversion rates to have the correct rate for the new base currency. See Update Currency References for details.
