Edit Contextual Information for a Measurement Point

When an indicator is linked to a measurement point (RCM, objective, risk, control, financial element or risk event category) the attributes are inherited from the indicator definition that was created and saved in the library. However, the contextual information (thresholds, notification roles etc.) may need to be modified based on where the indicator is being measured.

  1. Access the object (RCM, objective, risk etc.) where the indicator is linked.
  2. Click the Indicators tab.
  3. Click the Indicator Reference hyperlink to access the contextual information for the indicator you wish to update.

Note: The indicator definition and contextual information forms will be displayed.

  4. Click Edit in the Contextual Information section.
  5. Make the necessary changes.
  6. Click Save.

Note: These changes are only made to this indicator at the select measurement point.
