Report - Access Your Project Reports

A list of reports created for a project may be accessed in three ways:

1. Via Project Reports

   Displays a list of all audit reports by audit name.

   The Audit Reports link is not present in the ribbon by default. You can add the Audit Reports link manually via Ribbon Settings.

   

   1. Click the report name under the Name column.

2. Via Project Universe

   Displays a list of project reports created for each project conducted for the projectable unit (organization, process, IT Application, Project/Event, Policy and Procedures).

   1. Add the Project Universe link to the ribbon via Ribbon Settings.

      

   2. Click the Reports link for the projectable unit (e.g. organization, process, IT application, project/event or policy & procedure)

      

   3. Click the report name.
3. Via Current, Pending or Completed Projects

   Displays a list of reports by audit.

   1. Access the Pending, Current, or Complete Audits.
      1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
      2. Click the Projects tab.
      3. Select Pending, Current, or Complete from the Scheduling group.

         

      

   2. Click the report number link under the Reports column .
