Deleting an Email Template

1. Access the Email Templates page.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Workflow Management tab.
   3. Select Email Templates from the Assessment Library group.

      

      Note: The Email Template ribbon link will be available only to users with the Assessment Manager role. Other users can add this link via the Ribbon Management screen under Assessment Management Engine/ Libraries.

2. Click the Delete icon against the email template that you wish to delete.

   Note: You cannot delete the default template. The Delete icon will appear only against those email templates which are NOT set as default.

3. Click OK when prompted.
