Manage Tabs

Tabs are the top level of organization in the ribbon. When a tab is clicked, the groups and links associated with that tab become available. Multiple tabs can be used to display multiple functions in the ribbon.

Add a Tab

Click Tab from the Add New Ribbon menu, or right-click the main ribbon node and click Add Tab. The new tab will appear in the ribbon hierarchy on the right window of the Ribbon Management screen.

Reorder a Tab in the Ribbon

Highlight the tab you wish to move in the ribbon hierarchy and drag it into the desired position between tabs.

Rename a Tab

Right-click the tab and click Rename. Update the tab name and click the Return key to save your changes.

Delete a Tab

Right-click the tab and click Delete.
