Display the Report Dashboard in the Governance Portal

1. Access the Page List.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Administration tab.
   3. Select Pages from the Layout group.

      

   4. Click the page or sub page name from the list.
   5. Click Expand to view the tree to locate a sub page if necessary.

      

2. Expand the Admin node.
3. Click the Dashboard node in the Admin node.
4. Select the "Dashboard Module” module definition and add it as a new module to this tab.

5. Access the Report list and add the report file to the Governance Portal.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Analysis tab.
   3. Select Library from the Reports group.

      

   Notes: See Add a Report for more information. This method for loading reports is actually for Filterable Reports (i.e. not dashboard reports), but using this method provides a simple technique for loading the report through the front-end versus requiring a system administrator to load the report to the appropriate folder on the server.

6. Access the Report Dashboard.
   1. Select the Default GRC context from the context menu.
   2. Click the Analysis tab.
   3. Select Dashboard from the Dashboard group.

      

7. Click Edit in the Dashboard module you created in step 4, above.
8. Enter the file path of the report loaded in step 5, above.
9. Enter the width and height in pixels.
10. Mark the checkbox if you want to display the toolbar in the report.
11. Click Save.
