Add Team Information

  1. Access the Team Information page.
  2. Click Add in any of the sections (e.g. Project Team, Key Contacts).

    Add Contact

New Contacts

  1. Enter the contact's first and last name.
  2. Enter their role.
  3. Enter the contact's email address and contact numbers.
  4. Click Save.

Select an Existing Portal User

  1. Enter the contact's information (name, email, and/or NT account) and click Search or click Show All to see all users in the system.
  2. Click the user's name.
  3. Complete any additional information.
  4. Click Save.
