Using the Navigation Ribbon

The ribbon is the main navigation mechanism in the Project Workbench. Each ribbon contains icons and options that focus on a certain set of functionality (e.g. Actions, Content etc.). Icons are displayed in the ribbon based on what you are doing in the Project Workbench. The system will add or remove functions from the ribbon based on where you are in the Project Workbench, thereby helping you navigate and complete only relevant functions. Fore example, the Delete icon will display in the Tools>Action ribbon when the user has the ability to delete the selected object. It will not display in the ribbon when delete is not an option.

Below each icon is a descriptor. Some icons also include the number of items that have been created for the object. For example, on the Tools Ribbon, the Findings icon displays (0) in the descriptor. This indicates there have been no findings created for the select object that is being viewed.

To access the functions, select a ribbon by clicking on the "tab". Then click an icon to execute the function.
