Add a Quick Report

  1. Access the appropriate form, such as Risk Event Category, RCM, Risk, Objective Incident or Impact form.
  2. Click Quick Reports.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Enter a name of the new quick report.
  5. Enter the file path of the new quick report to be uploaded into the Governance Portal.
  6. Enter a description of the new quick report.
  7. Click Save.
