View Archived RCMs

RCMs from earlier periods can be archived and viewed.

1. On the Risk Control Matrix screen click the History tab.

   Note: Archives for Internal Audit RCM's are denoted with the words True or False in the Internal Audit Archive column

   

2. In the Risk Control Matrix Archive area, click on the specific archive date to view the archived evaluation information.
3. Click Return to go back to the Risk Control Matrix Archives list.

Note: Action plans, tasks, notes, and attachments are not archived; these tabs reflect all action plans, tasks, notes, and attachments created over time for this control (not exclusive to this archive record).
