2. Review all work papers and tests
3. Ensure all findings are documented and the disposition has been updated

   Generate Report Data

4. Choose the Report Report Deliverable report
5. Filter as needed
6. Run the report
7. Export to Word (or excel or pdf)

   Create Report Deliverable

8. Edit as necessary

   Note: Edits to this document are NOT updated in the system.

9. Review and approve report

   Complete the Report & Distribute

10. Post final report to the report report work paper
11. Notify appropriate parties
