Link/Unlink Entities
  1. Open the Entity Upload Utility spreadsheet you downloaded.
  2. Select the worksheet that you wish to link or unlink to an entity.

    Note: You must select the Enable Linking: Download data for selected entities to link checkbox when downloading the spreadsheet to view the worksheets that enable entities to link to each other. See Download the Entity Upload Utility Spreadsheet and Manage Information in the Entity Upload Utility spreadsheet for more information.

  3. Identify the record for the link you wish to update or delete. To create a new link, scroll to a blank row in the worksheet.
  4. Select the operation (create/update/delete) you want to perform on the selected record from the Action drop-down list.
  5. Update information by selecting the names of the entities you wish to link from the corresponding drop-down lists. Skip this step if you are deleting a link.
  6. Click Save.
