Update a Time Report

Once you have created your time report, you can add the hours associated with the audit projects and activities you are working on.

  1. Access the Time and Expense page.
  2. You can access existing reports from the navigation bar at the top of the screen:
    • Click View / IAP - Offline  - Time Icon Current Time to view the most recent time report, or:
    • Click View / All to access a report via the list of reports in the Time and Expense Home section.

  3. Add a description for the time report, if necessary.
  4. Too add a new report line item:
    1. Click Add Line Item.
    2. Click IAP - Offline  - Search Icon Search. Choose a project and click OK.
    3. Select an activity for the project from the drop-down list.
    4. Click View Details to add any comments and make the line item non-chargeable, if necessary.
    5. Repeat the steps above for each line item you wish to add.

      Note: Click IAP - Offline  - Delete Icon Small Delete to remove a line item from the time report.

  5. Add your hours into the date fields in the line item for each related project. Use the left and right arrows to toggle between workweeks.

    Note: If an audit that you have previously logged time to has been marked as confidential, the Confidential check box will be selected, the Projects, Activities, and Phases will be masked, and the hours will appear as read-only.

  6. To submit your time report, select Submitted from the Status drop-down menu.

    Notes:

    • Time reports cannot be edited once they are submitted.
    • Administrators can unsubmit time reports via the Time and Expense Home section.
  7. When you have made all of the changes to your time report, click Save from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
