View Notification History

The Notification History section tracks all sent notification emails related to an action plan, finding, task, indicator, incident or impact.

  1. Access the Action Plan, Finding, Task, Indicator, Incident or Impact.
  2. Click History.

    Note: The Notification History section is displayed at the bottom of the form, listing all notification emails that have been sent for the selected object.

Note: If you are using multiple languages, only multilingual enabled fields will display in the user's language. Non-multilingual fields, such as text fields, will only appear in the language entered by the user, and will not convert to other languages.
